Job Description:

The Programmer/Analyst will write, modify, integrate, and test computer code for web, data processing, and communication applications, in addition to performing the following essential functions and all other tasks assigned by the Programming Manager:

· Programming, systems analysis, quality analysis, and testing.

· Technical documentation.

· Participate in User Acceptance Testing.

· Assist in all aspects of a systems’ lifecycle and on-call support.

· Monitor the progress of tasks and report the same to the project manager/leader.

· Provide technical support to IT team members and end users.

· Follow programming standards.

· Modifies and maintains software programs written by others.

Applicants must have:

· Have a minimum 4-5 years full-time experience in a professional IT environment.

· Be proficient in designing and deploying web based applications

· Proficiency and experience with:

-PHP, .NET, Classic ASP /VBScript, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Java, SQL server, mySQL DBs.

· Initiative and ability to work independently to complete projects and research new technologies.

· Strong problem solving skills.

· Ability/desire to work solo on projects.



Call center or software development industry experience preferred. Plum IVR experience a plus!
