Job Description:
To lead and manage a team of senior sales executives to sell AnswerNet’s array of products and services by building and growing new and existing accounts as well as working with our indirect partners. This individual will foster a team work culture, demonstrate self leadership, and be able to juggle and manage multiple priorities. In addition, this individual is expected to show enthusiasm, encourage creativity and innovation, remove obstacles and lead change. Candidate will report directly to the Director of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow indirect partner program.
• Coach and develop team on a daily basis.
• Lead the team by example with sales and presentations.
• Ongoing product/sales training.
• Measuring progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Set a vision and strategy for the team.

Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of sales management experience.
Candidate must have knowledge of the inbound / outbound call center business.

Sales Executives - Fair Oaks, CA
The AnswerNet Network is the world’s largest telemessaging business. The Company also supplies inbound customer service support and outbound lead/sales generation. Due to the company’s tremendous growth, we are seeking to add a dynamic, outgoing sales executive to sell call center services including inbound and outbound applications.
Job Description:
To contact warm and cold leads to sell call center services to potential clients; call center services would include: answering service, order processing, telemarketing, bilingual answering services, email response, appointment scheduling, dispatch services, emergency notification, surveys, and lead generation.
Required Experience and skills:
- 3-5 years experience selling outbound telemarketing services
- Demonstrated ability to sell company services to “C” level executives
- A passion for sales with a strong history of achievement
- Energetic and highly motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with people skills
- Exceptional phone manner and etiquette
